Fichiers PDF
Le fichier est livré immédiatement après le paiement : en validant ta commande, tu demandes cet accès immédiat et tu renonces à ton droit de rétractation (article L221-28, 13° du Code de la consommation). Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas ou ne correspond pas à la description, écris à contact@coloromance.com : on te renvoie un fichier qui fonctionne ou on te rembourse.
Livres brochés
Tu as 14 jours à compter de la réception pour changer d'avis, sans te justifier. Écris à contact@coloromance.com, puis renvoie le livre en parfait état, à tes frais, dans les 14 jours. Le remboursement est fait dans les 14 jours suivant la réception du retour, sur le moyen de paiement utilisé.
Livre abîmé, mal imprimé ou perdu pendant le transport : envoie une photo (ou signale la perte) dans les 14 jours à contact@coloromance.com. Il est réimprimé et renvoyé gratuitement, ou remboursé, sans retour à faire.

PDF files
The file is delivered right after payment: by placing your order you request immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal. If the file won't open or doesn't match its description, email contact@coloromance.com and we'll send a working file or refund you.
Paperbacks
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Email contact@coloromance.com, then return the book in perfect condition at your own cost within 14 days. You'll be refunded within 14 days of us receiving it.
Damaged, misprinted or lost in transit: send a photo (or report the loss) within 14 days to contact@coloromance.com. We'll reprint and resend it for free, or refund you, with no need to return it.
